Our stepping Stones support programme is aimed specifically at children and young people aged 15-25 where the usual education environment is not able to meet the needs of the individual learner. We deliver accredited qualifications in Functional Maths, English and ICT. All our Maths and English qualifications are delivered on a 1 to 1 basis by our fully qualified teachers to maximise our learners potential.
Key Steps is a comprehensive curriculum aimed at developing social skills, reducing anxiety and stress through teaching a variety of coping strategies. Our support also includes providing support in accessing and participating in group and social activities to build on individual self-esteem and confidence.

Our Self sustainability curriculum focuses on communication skills, managing money, travel training, using leisure time, independent living skills, building confidence and resilience..
Health and Well-being
Health and well-being is a fundamental part of all the support we offer individuals and supporting people to take care of physical health (looking after yourself), improving and maintaining good mental health, sex and relationships, healthy eating and exercise as well as a first aid training are a fundamental focus of the support services we offer.
Our community participation curriculum provides opportunities for people to explore interests and learn new skills. We work with individuals learning travel training, art therapy, sensory activities, cooking groups, and exploring the community whilst developing skills through working in enterprise projects.
Our employability curriculum is an accredited programme that covers the following areas, customer service skills, self-management, team working, health and safety, problem solving, IT in the workplace, job searching, cv building, interview techniques, introduction to social enterprise. We have successfully placed all our learners in mainstream employment and work placements within six months of working with ourselves.
